What is International Food Safety Congress?
Food Safety Congress was first organized in 2009 with the encouragement of former Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Mr. Mehmet Mehdi Eker. Since then, the Food Safety Congresses have aimed to bring all food industry professionals and institutions together to develop strategies to improve food safety concept from farm to fork. The 7th Congress, which will take place on June 4-5, 2020, is expected to draw the attention of industry, academia and government participants from many countries around the World as was experienced in the previous Congresses.
Our Congress, which is the unique Congress in Turkey and its vicinity offers a common platform to discuss the present and the future of food safety and to provide the basis for the necessary transformations for well-functioning food safety policies in the future.
