PARTICIPANT
These are the individuals and organizations that purchase all the participation and accommodation services offered at the 7th International Food Safety Congress, which is mediated by PAPYON. The registration forms on the web address where the announcements of the service are located are based on the information and documents that the participant fills in electronic environment. The EXHIBITOR shall be deemed to have signed this agreement for the other PARTICIPANTS, whose names are stated in the registration forms and who will participate in the event together.
The subject matter of this agreement is the services that PAPYON sells electronically to the EXHIBITOR from the 'FOOD SAFETY CONGRESS' website and the sales price, quality and performance are clearly stated. With regard to these services, it covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of the Distance Sale Contracts of the Law No. 4077 AS PROTECTING THE CONSUMER..
ARTICLE 2- GENERAL PROVISIONS:
2.1- The PARTICIPANT declares that he / she has read and informed on the website www.gidaguvenligikongresi.org, where all the preliminary information regarding the qualifications, sales price and payment method and performance of the product subject to the contract and the website of the Event and gives the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment. .
2.2- PAPYON is responsible to the EXHIBITOR if the contracted service is defective. PAPYON is accepted as the organizing agency with this contract. PAPYON has the authority to carry out the said activity by purchasing service by making a service contract with all institutions and organizations that are allowed by the laws in Turkey and abroad for the services to be provided. In this context, all kinds of agreements can be made with the sub-agencies and companies that will provide services in the regions where the service will be carried out and all or partial parts of the service can be provided by the sub-organizations.
2.3- If the credit card of the EXHIBITOR is used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons after the performance of the service, the EXHIBITOR is responsible for the service charge and the damages incurred if the related bank or financial institution does not pay the service fee to PAPYON.
ARTICLE 3 - CANCELLATION - TRANSFER
Although the PAPYON has shown all the necessary care, it is an obstacle to the start or continuation of the Event (Congress, Symposium, Conference and All sub-social programs); due to the lack of registration and / or adverse weather conditions, road barriers, strikes, terror, fog, war, unforeseeable technical issues and all force majeure events, the cancellation or cancellation of the event 7 days prior to the start date of the event and refund the fees collected to the participants. It pays. In this case, the PARTICIPANT does not have the right to compensation.
All cancellation requests by the EXHIBITOR should be sent to ggk@papyon.com.tr in written. For cancellations to be made 45 days prior to the date of the event, 50% refund is given by Papyon. Refunds are made after the end date of the congress. No refunds will be made for cancellations 44 days or less before the date of the event.
3.3 PAPYON may announce any cancellation and change notifications individually to each PARTICIPANT, as well as on the website and the event site where the event is announced. The EXHIBITOR agrees in advance.
ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS:
1- Any responsibility regarding the baggage and its contents belongs to the owner. The EXHIBITOR is obliged to abide by the laws and conventions to which the vehicle to be traveled and the facility to which it will stay is subject.
2- VISA TRANSACTIONS and SERVICES are not included in the purchased service.
3- The EXHIBITOR shall abide by the rules declared by the guide, facility and transportation authorities regarding the purchased service; 3. PARTICIPANT will respect the lives, property and well-being of persons; otherwise, they will not be able to receive the service for good cause and have no right to return.
4- In case the PARTICIPANT receives the service and terminates it before the end of the service, He/She must notify the authorized person from PAPYON and also the hotel where he / she is staying in written for valid and reasonable termination reasons. Otherwise, the service is considered to have taken and used.
5- The PARTICIPANT's obligation to cooperate and to act diligently is to inform PAPYON in written about the issues that the complainant is complaining about during the performance of the service.
6- The PARTICIPANT (s) who do not sign the contract but participate in the service subject to the contract shall be deemed to have accepted and committed the contract with the participation of the PARTICIPANT (s) assigned by them to register on their behalf. PAPYON reserves the right to recourse to the other PARTICIPANTS for the collection of the excess amount or service amount paid to the PARTICIPANT (s) signed in the contract.
7-PAPYON may provide social program, accommodation and transfer services through contractor organizations in accordance with the agreements it has made in the activities to be organized.
8- This Agreement shall become effective as of the date of payment of the Service fee to the PAPYON which the Participant is liable to pay. Otherwise, the PARTICIPANT may not claim for unpaid services.
9-The EXHIBITOR can view the reservation and other event details of the event for which he has paid, by entering his name and password in the Registration section and downloading the related documents to his computer.
ARTICLE 5- DISPUTES AND RESOLUTION
This agreement consists of 5 main articles and sub-articles and has been validated by the parties on the internet by the approval of the PARTICIPANT during the application date. Contract date is the date of application. Istanbul Consumer Courts and Arbitral Tribunals are authorized for the settlement of disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement.
The EXHIBITOR shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
